7. How to Send a Template Message

Path in Zenith: Chats → chat → Use template icon

Use this when you need to (re-)engage a specific customer with an approved template, one-to-one.

Open the chat (or start a New Conversation as in Article 4).

Click the template icon ('Use template') near the message box.
Capture: Chat toolbar. Highlight: the Use template icon.

Pick any Approved template from the list — pending/rejected ones won't appear.

Fill the variables and preview. The picked template shows as a 'Template: <name>' chip above the message box.
Capture: Variable-filling popup with the template chip visible. Highlight: the filled variables.

Preview → Send. To send one template to MANY people at once, use a Broadcast instead (Article 10).

Tips

•If Meta pauses a template (too many blocks/complaints), it disappears from the picker — improve the content and use another template meanwhile.
