5. How to Change WhatsApp Business Details

Path in Zenith: Manage → Business Profile

This is what customers see when they open your business profile on WhatsApp — photo, description, address, and website.

Go to Manage → Business Profile.
Capture: Business Profile edit screen. Highlight: all editable fields.

Update Profile Photo: use a square logo image.

Fill About/Description (what you sell, area you serve), Address, Email, Website(s), and Business Category.

Click Save — changes reflect on customers' WhatsApp within a few minutes.

To change the Display Name (the bold business name), edit the Display Name field and submit for Meta's review (few hours to 2 days). The name must genuinely match your business.
Capture: Customer-side view of the finished business profile. Highlight: how it finally looks on WhatsApp.

•A complete profile with logo + address builds instant trust — half-empty profiles look fake.
•Display name rejected? Use the exact name on your shop board, GST certificate, or website.
