19. How Zenith Billing Works
Payments → Plan & Billing / AI Credits / Payment HistoryZenith billing has two parts: a fixed monthly Plan for the platform, and prepaid AI Credits for usage — so you only pay for what you actually use on top of your plan.
Important: Exact plan prices and per-message/credit rates are pending confirmation from the pricing team before this article is published live.

Plan (fixed): Starter / Growth / Pro — decides features, team seats, and limits. See or change it under Payments → Plan & Billing (Article 21).

Credits (usage): AI-generated replies and applicable Meta message charges are deducted from your prepaid credit balance.
- •Meta's charges: template messages are billed by Meta per message as per their current rate card; normal replies inside the 24-hour customer window are free.
- •AI usage: each AI-generated reply consumes a small credit amount.

Check usage: Payments → AI Credits shows your current balance and usage.

Add credits: Payments → AI Credits → 'Add Credits' → choose amount → pay via the Razorpay checkout → balance updates instantly.

Payment History: Payments → Payment History shows past plan and credit payments.
Capture: Payment History list. Highlight: a past payment row.
Tips
- •Broadcasts consume the most credits — always check the estimated cost before confirming a send.
- •Keep at least a week's usage as balance; zero balance means the AI stops replying and leads can leak.
