18. How to Invite Team Members

Path in Zenith: Team → Invite Agent

Give every salesperson their own login so you can see who replied, how fast, and who closed.

    Go to Team → 'Invite Agent' → enter their email address → 'Send Invite'.

    Capture: Invite an Agent dialog. Highlight: the email field.

    They receive an email invite → accept it and set their password.

  3. 3

    Assign chats to them from the conversation view in Chats as enquiries come in.

Good to know

  • •The invite flow has no role picker — every teammate invited from Team joins with Agent-level access (Chats and Leads). Owner/Admin-level access is assigned differently.

Tips

  • •Staff leaving? Deactivate their account from the Team page immediately — chats stay, access goes.
